It seems like it is structured like a regular tech interview.  I would suggest it as a means to assess how ready you are for an interview 

I haven't faced an actual interview while in school and it was nice to learn about the structure and expectations. It helped take some anxiety away from the process.

Thank you for the advice! Giving myself a few more hours but I am leaning towards taking the interview to get it over with. No matter what I land on, that information was very helpful.

My mock interview was great! met with a real interviewer, felt like a real interview and they gave me great insights as to what is important, and how I can do better.
