Session Transcriptions
We strive to maintain transparency and fairness in how we process and use session transcriptions. Below are the details of our transcription policy:
Purpose of Transcriptions
Transcriptions may be created and used by the Company for the following purposes:
- To improve overall service quality and assist in refining interview techniques.
- To facilitate the training and onboarding of coaches.
- To generate anonymized insights for internal research and product development.
- For refund validation, including the review of transcripts to ensure fairness in addressing claims related to service quality and refund requests.
- For artificial intelligence training, whereby transcriptions may be used to train and improve AI models designed to enhance our Services. Such use will involve anonymization and other safeguards to protect personal identities.
Rights
- Candidates: Candidates may request the suspension of transcription creation by contacting Seldonian at [email protected]. Please note that such requests may involve an additional charge due to the increased effort required by coaches during these sessions. As session transcripts will not be available to validate refund requests, sessions conducted without transcription will not be eligible for refunds.
- Coaches: Coaches may have limited ability to opt out of transcription where such transcription is required for compliance, service quality assurance, or AI training purposes.

- Transcriptions are anonymized, where feasible, to safeguard individual privacy.
- All transcription data is stored using appropriate technical and organizational security measures and is accessible only to authorized personnel or systems for the purposes specified in this Policy.
- For AI training and related purposes, all personal identifiers are removed to ensure that the data cannot reasonably be traced back to any individual.
