Coinbase Product Manager Interview Guide

Behavioral interviews assess leadership and core values of the candidates; skills that are essential for Product Managers to effectively collaborate with different teams towards a common goal. 

The interviewers will look to evaluate the candidate's ability to lead and communicate effectively. For instance, the interviewer may ask the candidate about their opinion on how Coinbase can be improved, to understand their leadership and problem-solving skills. 

Additionally, candidates may be asked about their interest in joining Coinbase and what makes them believe that Coinbase is the right fit for them.

The behavioral interview is a critical component of the bar-raising process, which determines the candidate's level when joining the company.
