Recruiter's Call


The procedure starts when you receive an email from a recruiter inviting you for a phone interview. This will mostly be to ensure that you meet the basic working requirements before passing you on to your possible teammates. You should be prepared to discuss your resume and what you learned from previous work in this introductory conversation. Telephonic Interview with the Hiring Manager


The second interview will focus on your expertise.

A hiring manager will conduct the interview. Mostly technical phone screen questions are asked in this interview round.

What's more crucial is to provide actual instances of your accomplishments and showcase your unique skillset.

Discuss initiatives and problems from your present or prior career, focusing on the process and outcomes. This interview will last about 50-60 mins.

Panel Presentation


Several interview candidates claimed that the final interview round also included a take-home assignment and a presentation. This would almost certainly include you presenting a product concept to a group of stakeholders and explaining your reasoning behind the plan.

It can be simply described as a product proposal - what features would you add, how would you prioritize, write user stories, build a mock / prototype, roadmap, and so on. Once it is done, you will be required to give an hour-long presentation to a variety of stakeholders.

Since you will have time to prepare before delivering the presentation, rehearse in front of a friend, family member, or colleague. Gather input from them on your thought process, speaking manner, and how to answer any queries that may arise.

Onsite Interviews with Team Members


After passing the initial phone interview with the hiring manager, you will be invited to participate in an onsite, additional in-depth interview with the people you will be working with. Prepare to answer more technical and specialized questions, as well as a few “out of the box” ones, in this round. This interview can last anywhere between 60 to 80 mins. You might also be asked questions about the presentation.
