We’ve got a robust matching algorithm to ensure we find the best possible expert for your requirements.
However, you have the option to reject the expert within 24h of a session being scheduled - we’ll find a new expert for you. Please do note, that if your request is profile-specific, there might be extra charges associated with it (more details here)
In addition, we can't inquire into our expert's specific teams in the company they're working in, since this constitutes confidential information. We do of course support matching title ranges.
You always have the option to cancel the session, and as with all cancellations requested by a candidate - we'll issue a full refund minus PayPal's transfer fees, if there are any.
