在我刚加入我们团队对产品移动端重构的过程中，我发现大家在移动端设备的调试上不够熟悉，团队选择使用的是chrome的模拟工具，但是在不同设备的兼容问题的解决上效率很低。发现了这个问题之后，我向组内的资深工程师咨询，掌握了我们的项目的构建和调试方案，通过提供fiddler，charles脚本和文档的形式，分享给整个组一套切实有效的移动端调试方案，提升了组内的mobile debug效率。之后，团队变得更信任我，在我做为新人的情况下，主动让我负责了更复杂的项目。

In my current role, I led a team of 6engineers, 3quality analysts and 3 partner account managers to build and deliver a product for enabling integration with tax authorities government portal and partner tech systems to systematically onboard the partners and consume, validate and pay their invoices in line with local authorities regulatory requirements. My role involved partnering with internal xyz transportation business teams of outbound, import and returns business, financial operations, procurement and controllership teams to align on the business and tech requirements, understand the tech integration dependencies, accounting requirments and define the MVP, change management and then drive the go to market strategy through a dial up. 

In my previous role, I led a team to launch a new kit. The team included individuals from product support, segment marketing, sales, and customer support, and we were tasked with launch the product to market within a specific time frame to address a rising demand.

We faced the challenge of managing tight deadlines and aligning cross-functional teams with diverse priorities. To address this, I ensured that everyone understood the key objectives and customer needs, fostering collaboration and creating a detailed project roadmap. I set clear milestones and facilitated regular check-ins to ensure we were on track.

One of the biggest hurdles was getting buy-in from the sales team on the new product's value proposition. I worked directly with sales leaders to develop tailored sales tools and training materials, ensuring the team could effectively communicate the product’s benefits to customers.

By maintaining a clear focus on customer needs and empowering the team to collaborate effectively, we launched the product on time, surpassing adoption targets by 15% in the first quarter. When buildling the next generation instance, during the planning phase I budget the amount of servers we will launch the product with. Given each server cost was over 2 million dollar I biased to towards frugality and provided a bare minimum number of server we could launch with. But what I completely missed was during the developement some servers will end up in bad state and the engineering team will short of servers to test the software and firmware getting built which made meeting the project timeline riskly and heavily dependent on delivery schedules of servers and them staying healthy. This quickly became a bottleneck that I realized. I quickly put togther a plan to request adittional server and provide a detailed breakdown on where and how these would be used during and after developement. Synced with the hardware and ODM team and executives to get a approval and ordered the parts to get the servers and racks build at ODM. 

I would start by having a private conversation with that person, asking them why openly, trying to understand the reason, as there is often a valid reason, and then I would help that person explore ways to remove that impediment. If there was no valid reason, I would remind them about the importance of being on time to not waste the rest of the team's time, and as a sign of respect to them.

I stand out because I combine operational depth with a transformation-focused mindset. At Mercer, I didn’t just manage benefit renewals—I identified inefficiencies and built solutions, like a global provider template that boosted data accuracy from 50% to 95%.

I also simplified complex reporting processes, saving over 15 hours per client while improving quality. What differentiates me is that I don’t wait for problems to escalate—I proactively redesign processes, engage stakeholders, and deliver scalable outcomes.

As my last semester as a system engineer student, I went above and beyond on time management of the time of the team and mine, this was on my thesis as student. while we where a team of 4 members, one of our members and I had one of our parents fighting cancer, so we needed to do time management to work in the project and have a correct time management of personal and work time. What I did was stated my focus, helped my companion doing the same noticing in what of the project we where helping the most and focus on that on my case the SQL queries & documentation of the project. Propose the solution to the other members, while also covering more and more in the written part of the project, this solution was applied by me, but i also had to cover sometimes my team member, doing what was also his tasks in this case the design of the project processes, most of the UML diagrams, because the situation of his family member worsen and some one needed to pick up the pace of the project and that person was me
