At X bank , the auth team moved from stateful auth to JWT token and will become common mechanism for authentication for mobile app and back office team like CRM , the rules were simple that token will expire in 30 min , and user again need to authenticate him self , when these solutions were discussed I saw one major drawback as CS agent were working on CRM through out the day , it will decrease there throughput to login every 30 mins again and again and will decrease there productivity as any unsaved changes can be lost.

So I cam with a solution that based on the configuration(from where the token is being used), tokens can be regenerateed For example for app we will not regenerate the token but for CRM we will generate the token based on some limit like 12 refresh per day so that back office team is not affected and limiting the refresh will not impact the security of product as any one could have gamed the system.

I look after our email platform and our existing solution wasn't flexible enough to handle targeted messages at scale. We were missing an opportunity with users to send personalised messages at the right time to help increase engagement. I embarked on a project to implement a new marketing automation software. This project required alignment across our product, data, retail, security and legal teams. I spent time researching the availble tools in the marketing and workshopping requirements with relevant stakeholders, we created an RFP and sent to a number of suppliers. Each round of the RFP I assigned a score to the company and gathered feedback from stakeholders. This ensured the decision making process was fair and we had strong evidence when sharing the business case to senior leadership.

Once we decided on the supplier, I was responsible for implementing the tool which required support across various teams within the business. Implementing something cross-functionally

of all the apps on my phone, i probably would find difficult to go through my day to day life if i didnt have Whatsapp on my phone. I really admire the way Whatsapp as a platform has evolved. It was probably one of the main reasons why people in India were first exposed to Internet and smartphones in the first place. It enabled simple communication between peers, creation of micro communities in the form of groups, removes barriers of language by introducing voice chat, voice calls and video calls, and now have also introduced payments and B2B marketing tools. So without this app, it would be really difficult for me to stay in touch with my family or work group of even the business i do right now. If i were to improve on something, i'd love to see how the whatsapp AI evolves. Currently it has a very limited functionality - maybe write some texts, answer simple questions, draw some images etc. Since this is one of the most important app for me on my phone, i'd like it to evolve as a personal assistant for me, taking notes, blocking calendar meetings, finding things on internet etc
