The peer interviews services involve 2-3 steps.

 1. Candidates share details like role, company, and the type of session they wish to practice, along with selecting available slots.

2. Prepfully's algorithm matches you with a similar peer in one of the available slots. A session with the matched peer is scheduled. Further, both peers interview each other sharing comprehensive feedback for improvement.  

3. The whole process is spontaneous, and you can keep on repeating the process till you feel confident by scheduling unlimited free sessions.
