Instacart Senior Product Manager

Hi! I'm a former founder and product leader with 15+ years of experience in tech, including roles at Instacart and McAfee. I started out building my own consumer mobile startup, which I ran for six years, raised funding for, and eventually got acquired. Since then, I've worked on both B2C and B2B products, building things from scratch, figuring out product strategy, and working closely with engineering, design, sales, and leadership teams. I've interviewed candidates for product and design roles, coached fellow PMs at work, and been through my fair share of interviews myself! I can help you prepare for Product Sense, Product Execution, Product Strategy, behavioral, leadership, and hiring manager interviews. For mock interviews, I try to make the session feel as close to the real thing as possible. We'll spend time on the mock itself, followed by feedback on what went well, where you could improve, and what I'd suggest practicing before your next interview. I'm also happy to help with resumes, career transitions, and figuring out how to talk about your experience. I particularly enjoy this part because sometimes it's not about having more experience, but about knowing which stories to tell and how to tell them well. And if you just need someone to bounce ideas off or give you a pep talk before a big interview, I'm happy to do that too! Looking forward to chatting!
