I am an engineering leader with 16 years of industry experience, including 8+ years in team leadership and individual coaching as an Engineering Manager. In my previous role at Meta, I established a new team of 10 engineers from scratch. My expertise extends to conducting interviews for both Engineering Manager and Senior Software Engineer positions, having conducted 80+ interviews at Meta. I am well-versed in coaching individuals for Meta’s System Design, Behavioural, People Management, Project Retrospective, and Product Architecture interviews for both managerial and software engineering roles.
