Capital One Product Management

Hello! I have 6.5 years of experience in product management, with 2.5 years in paid search and 4 years in credit cards. I really enjoy helping candidates build their stories and believe I add the most value in the product design and behavioral interviews for the associate/senior associate level. I like to take 5 minutes in the beginning for introductions, ask a blend of behavioral and product design questions mixed in with feedback over the next 50 minutes based on where the candidate needs improvement, and then spend the last 5 minutes on next steps for the candidate.
