Google Senior Product Manager

I’m a Principal Product Manager at Upstart, with extensive experience in enterprise/B2B software. Previously, I was a PM at Google, Accenture, and McKinsey & Co; at Google, I built large-scale systems that helped safeguard billions in revenue by driving regulatory compliance. In addition to building high-impact products, I’ve been through the interview loops myself (Google, Uber, Meta), and I understand firsthand how intense these interviews can be. That’s what makes me a strong coach: I don’t just know the theory - I’ve lived the process and know exactly where and why people get stuck. My coaching style is empathetic, tailored, and deeply actionable. I don’t stop at what "good" looks like - I help candidates uncover why something isn’t working, identify root causes, and build the thinking and communication patterns that lead to much stronger performance. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all frameworks - I use each prompt to identify gaps and teach universal techniques that translate well beyond the specific scenario. After each session, I provide a detailed written debrief (300-400 words) that summarizes key recommendations and overall feedback.
