so basically we wanna build a mobile but it's not just about creating any app
it's about ensuring that people get value out of it enough people sign it and
since we're talking about standard product which we are Going to build zero one
we need to look at what is the most important thing that we want to prioritise
in terms of goals what are the first goals that they should have So from that
perspective The first goal should have is that it should have enough option
enough people should be able to get value out of it Right so that should be cool
now if you look at it at the current market The question is is there any similar
product because that would be like immediate direct competition I don't think we
have any such kind of product But you have indirect competitors Like LinkedIn or
indeed Which would recommend job based on your profile so those are indirect
competitors we need to keep an eye out for Now when we talk about building an
app That for essentially recommend jobs The biggest assumption we're making here
is that there is already a resume so people already know how to make a resume
here so we're talking about job seeker right so basically the problem is that
there are people Problem that is trying to solve that there are people who want
chops and to have a resume and they just want a solution where the app take
scanned the résumé and based on the past information there it would recommend
jobs alright So if you talk about Making the survival business we should talk
about things or rather users we could potentially convert to be paying users
down the line right so if you talk about job seekers there can be people
Basically students Who are looking for part-time jobs then you have actual Job
seeker who want full-time jobs You can have Contractual workers Who would work
on a fixed term contractor of contractual workers I think those are the kind of
viewers we would be looking at it So If you want our users to get the best value
you should also ensure that we have access to the best shops right So basically
from a user point of view we would prioritise People Who would Need this on a
more frequent manner because if you want to eventually make this a business we
need to have enough frequency that are use all the time right so because we want
to drive enough users so I think from that respect The contractual workers
become very important But if you want to capture the majority of the market It
would still be people who Are looking for full-time job so let's let's pride
that because that's the wide enough segment we could actually Convert into
Paying use standard lines It's from here If you look at it what are these people
really looking at What is the problem space of job seekers First of all
