Our north star is to make sure we have high precision and recall. First we have
to determine, what is a scam? For that, my proposition is to gather data from
posts marked as scams and put it into a model. Now this model can determine what
a scam is, and what a scam is not, with an API call.

There are two types of scam originations. That of a seller, and that of a buyer.
We can focus on buyer scams. There are a few things we could implement that
would reduce scams.

Messages that are repetitive and outright solicit money, will be flagged. Users
who verify with ID and or photo will be prioritized. Escrow options will be
integrated.
