Before pushing for using a specific technolgy, as a leader I will provide the
engineering lead on the reasons why we want to use the specific technology in
terms of alignment with rest of the organization and how its going improve our
current processes and enable us to build better solitions with the next
technology. I will also ensure the engineering lead understand that the team
will be provided with required training. Will prepare a quick pros and cons to
compare it against the current technology. If we still have disagreement i willl
work with the vendors to present their point view.
