a) Credit Check Service -> we use this to check the credit worthiness of the
user 
b) Collect Credit card infomraiton - which will then be authorized to be charged
in installments at a later time
c) A scheduler which schedules a payment to be charged

so first of all we need to come and find out if the credit for each user could
be negative or not and also the number of users in this platform if that is
large then one thing that we need to consider is like the consistency of each
other since that it is right now pay later related to finance so consistency is
a high priority when are you this purchase the items from the platform the
credited it will be faster from the database but if we need to scale up the
system then the database has to carry a very heavy load one way we can do this
is to update this consistency from consistency to eventual consistency to do
this we can Mark users in allowed list if it uses like users credits below a
certain credit line you'll be marked as a block list which is the list that need
to raise flag during the transition so in this case if uses in a loud list users
can purchase the item right away and then we can deduct the credits or update
their credits later which will go through a message queue if it uses like then
we can go to the database to fetch it s credit to double chat if it is still
like below a credit line if not we can updated it to allow this
