Google's Googleyness and Leadership Assessment can be one of the hardest parts of the UX Designer interview loop, but it is also highly prepareable. This round evaluates more than culture fit: interviewers look at how you work with others, help people, navigate ambiguity, push yourself outside your comfort zone, and demonstrate leadership without relying on a formal title.
