Frequently asked questions
What is NOT expected of me for a practice interview session?
A practice Interview Session is intended to give candidates a feel of what the real interview for their target company and role is likely to be.
Practicing with an expert in their targeted role/company also gives candidates the best possible assessment of their preparedness level. The verbal and written feedback provide candidates with action points to work on. In a nutshell, the Practice Interview is a diagnostic tool which reveals areas requiring improvement.
However, experts are not expected to tell the candidates how to improve, or to coach them on their weak points. For guidance on ‘how to improve,’ candidates are offered our Expert Advice product.
