If Prepfully brought the candidate to the coach -- Prepfully will cover the cost of the chargeback. We take this risk on ourselves; some candidates are simply fraudulent and we don't want to expose coaches to their behavior.

However, if a session was booked in a private coach link - and this session is later charged back, we will have to invoice you both the full cost collected from your candidate as well as Stripe's chargeback fine.
