At the moment, to protect the privacy of all individuals, we don’t support direct / live interactions between experts on candidates.

You are always free to share your contact details when filling out feedback for the other participant; and they will have the option to connect with you if they'd like to.

We eventually plan to roll out anonymized chat though - so stay tuned!
