What's the reschedule and cancellation policy?

We currently do not support reschedules. 

  • If you'd like to cancel, please let us know at least 24h before the session and we’ll communicate this to your peer. 
  • If you're unable to make it at the last minute, please join the session and let your peer know, and agree to a new slot between yourselves (the call link will remain active for the new slot). 
  • Please note: 2 consecutive no-shows or cancellations result in Peer Practice access being revoked for 1 month.
