I cannot stress enough how helpful this call was for me - I think I'll be thanking my cousin until the end of time for finding this resource (Prepfully) and getting me to bite the bullet.  Prior to our conversation, I'd been extremely concerned that my experience at startups had slighted my chance to jump to a larger organization. But you didn't place emphasis on it at all which helped me realize that my weakness was more in my rush to prove myself and less in my materials. I spent a lot of time in the last 10 months just ripping up and throwing away everything I designed because I was convinced I wasn't performing at the level of the organizations I was aiming for but you brought in a truly new perspective for me that broke through that wall.  I feel so much more equipped in a way that only a curated session like this one could have done. I am extremely grateful for your frank feedback and insight and took notes like there's no tomorrow. And thank you for being so kind and honest and engaging me. The conversation itself was great and I could see why you chose Apple - any team would be lucky to have a designer and leader like you! Thank you a million times! If I know anyone who is seeking really curated advice, I will send them to Prepfully so they can feel better equipped to approach an interview or application. Often times, it's difficult to obtain objective perspectives on your work and skills, but gaining that insight from an expert is a game changer.
