Amazon Senior Technical Program Manager

Hello everyone, I have over 15 years of experience in MLAI, software, data engineering and program management. I am passionate about helping people grow and actively mentor and coach mid to senior level TPMs in Amazon. I have conducted over 100 interviews in Amazon and externally and have a good success rate of my candidates landing their dream job. I stick to the 45 mins timeline to simulate a real interview and allow the remaining 15 mins to provide constructive feedback to the candidates. I do behavioral, functional, program management , and system design interviews, covering all of the leadership principles most FAANG companies look for. I have cleared the rigorous interview cycles in FAANG and have incredible amount of experience to share.
