I've conducted more than hundred of interviews during my time in Meta and Stripe, and I can help you. I help candidates to land their dream jobs. I work with candidates for PE in Meta or SE in Stripe. Together we can find and fix the problems which might stand out as a red flag for an interviewer. It may be a knowledge gap, or an inefficient approach to answering a question, or a communication issue, something else. Some people need just one session to improve morale while others might need a few sessions to address blocking issues. Come early. Allow enough time to address the feedback. Invest in the preparation. Hard work pays off.
