I’m a Senior Applied Scientist and tech lead with 9 years of experience building product data science and machine learning systems at leading tech companies. My work focuses on personalization, search ranking, advertising, and more recently generative AI, where I develop and apply large-scale models that power real customer-facing products. I’m passionate about helping candidates prepare for competitive data science and machine learning roles. It is a bit challenging to evaluate the quality of and expertise of coaches ahead of the interview. So that is my hesitation there have been valuable components of my sessions and some that are by people who are a bit more junior than I would expect for the level of actual interviewers I am meeting with. On short-notice though I was able to get generally good and helpful sessions. @coach - Great feedback pushing me on the statistical modeling components and explaining the fundamentals. Clearly exposing the things I haven’t had to communicate recently! I was able to spend the 90 minutes after the call refreshing on those fundamentals and the interview went great.
