Senior Engineering Manager - Stripe, Amazon

I have roughly 15 yr of Software Engineering and Leadership Experience and have worked across Stripe and Amazon including startups. I really enjoy coaching and think I add most value in System Design and Behavioral style mocks for Director/Sr. SDM, SDM, Staff level candidates who want to stand out including helping with Resume Review. I have done more than 300 actual and mock interviews, so I have pretty good idea of what it takes. I try to keep 45 min for a proper interview simulation and 15 min for verbal feedback - although i am also happy to intersperse feedback in-session if you would prefer.
