I really enjoyed this mock interview. Subi walked through what flavors to expect in an Execution interview and conducted an Execution interview for Instacart followed by one for general product (Facebook Marketplace) along with root cause analysis. She really helped coach me on starting with the framework, asking out loud what the goals are, the product, the mission statement/ NorthStar, the user journeys and goals, eventually arriving at the KPIs/metrics. She made me feel very at ease and gave really great rationale and pointers on how to improve stating the framework upfront and pacing myself before getting to the solution/answers! She was amazing. I hope I am well prepared for tomorrow's interview. @coach - Thank you so much Subi!
