Hello everyone, I'm pleased to share that I have over 20 years of experience in Product Management, including approximately 15 years in Product Leadership roles at companies such as Broadcom and PayPal. I spent 17 years at PayPal, where I significantly honed my product leadership expertise. Throughout my career, both internally and externally, I have been passionately involved in mentoring and coaching aspiring product managers and leaders. I have a proven track record of identifying and nurturing product talent, often providing opportunities for individuals transitioning from engineering and other disciplines. Having interviewed hundreds of candidates over the past two decades, I possess a keen ability to discern the essential skills required for success in Product Management and leadership.
