I have 16 years of user research experience, with 12 in management. I spent 6 years at Google & Waymo hiring, building and managing team, while doing high quality research on AI, self-driving and other service based experiences. I was a UX Design and Research Senior Manager at Splunk, Design & Strategy Lead at Carta, and am currently the head of Design Research on QuickBooks at Intuit.
