About

Principal EM @ Microsoft | Former Google EM | Specialist in AI Infrastructure, Backed, Scalability & Technical Leadership About As a Principal Engineering Manager at Microsoft and a former Google EM, I specialize in building the "backbone" of the digital economy—high-scale distributed systems and resilient AI infrastructure. Having calibrated hiring loops at both companies, I don't just know the questions; I understand the unspoken signals that separate a "Good" candidate from a "Strong Hire". My Interviewing Philosophy: In 2026, tech is no longer about textbook LeetCode; it’s about intent-driven engineering and architectural durability. I simulate high-pressure, ambiguous scenarios where you must translate messy business constraints into scalable, AI-ready systems. Whether you are starting your career, aiming for a Senior (L5) or Staff/Principal (L6/L7) role, my goal is to stress-test your technical judgment until the actual interview feels like a walk in the park. How I Help You Level Up: - Algorithmic Coding: Mastering the "Standard." We move beyond LeetCode memorization to focus on clean, modular code, narrating your logic under pressure, and identifying edge cases before your interviewer does. I'll teach you how to "think aloud" like a Google engineer. - System Design (The Deep Dive): Going beyond "boxes and arrows." We’ll dive into Agentic AI Orchestration, database scaling trade-offs, and the architectural durability required for 2026-scale infrastructure. - Management & Leadership: Polishing your narratives on organizational impact, team health, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic decision-making for EM/Principal loops. The Microsoft/Google Bar: Understanding the subtle differences in interview philosophies and exactly what each company looks for in their engineers. What you get: - Real-World Simulation: A 60-minute session that mimics the intensity of a real Tier-1 loop. - The Candidate Feedback Rubric: A detailed, written debrief within 24 hours featuring actionable "Gold Nuggets" to fix your gaps in 7 days.

You have good subject matter information, it was helpful knowing it but it would be even better if it comes with better communication and collaborative intent. The coach had some material he was aware for the relevant interview but their communication and demeanor were aggressive and derogatory.I wouldn’t advise working with this coach.
