Coach was late to our initial call on a Monday and asked to reschedule to Tuesday. On Tuesday, coach asked for another reschedule to earlier in the day--then was late to that call and asked for ANOTHER same day reschedule! Did not feel like my time was respected. However, coach was very patient on the actual call and ultimately gave very good advice. Would be a 10/10 with punctuality but 6/10 for overall experience.

Three things that stood out 1) the coach was concise and candid 2) i was assigned someone from Palantir so I could get feedback which was very specific in nature, 3) the customer support team was super responsive when I faced an issue with uploading documents. I will be recommending your platform to my friends. Good job!
