I have 15+ years of experience working at Meta and Google as a Software Engineer, Research Engineer and Engineering Manger. My main focus as an IC has been on applied ML/AI and data infrastructure. Recently I've shifted towards working on data and evals for LLMs. I'm very passionate about helping other engineers grow their careers and will try to provide a tailored experience to help you land your next great role. Over my career, I have conducted 400+ coding, system design, ML system design interviews and behavioral interviews and served on various hiring committees. I have a very good idea of what is expected in each interview for each level. During a session we will try to spend 45 minutes on a mock interview and 15 minutes on feedback and preparation resources.
