I spent the majority of my career at Meta and Google and am now exploring the world of startups. I have conducted 100+ senior leadership interviews and many more IC interviews throughout my career. My focus was primarily on leadership, people management, tech vision and partnering. I have detailed knowledge about the interviewing process, the principles and the evaluation / debrief process.
