The coach start by reviewing a general structure with me and asked about my approach. He provided some guidance and feedback and then we went into the mock interview. He was encouraging and guiding throughout the interview but only as much as I would expect a real interview to be. In the end he provided really good points on what I did well and what I should focus on in prep for my real interview. He was a really great balance of telling me what my strengths were and what I needed to work on! For the areas of focus, he provided very specific feedback and gave examples of his own which was super helpful.
