This is pure therapy. Actionable. Human. Something that will stay with me forever. I already feel uber confident about my upcoming interviews after having just one session. The 1-hr conversation revealed a lot more than I ever gathered from my friends or by reading blogs and watching YouTube videos. The entire process from booking to prep to having transcripts and feedback is extremely smooth. And I can't say enough about the curated match making that simply brings the person you have been looking for, as a warm and trusted guide. I would highly recommend Prepfully to anyone who is struggling even a little bit, cracking those interviews. A perfect partner. @coach - Miles is a therapist. A fantastic listener who gives you enough space to provide all the context. A great assimilator who then finds true signals from all the noise. And a true guide who lays down the most tailored and actionable steps. Some of the "hidden" insights I got from him about myself and my work is unbelievable. I never had those so far by watching videos, reading blogs, or talking to friends and colleagues. I thank him for being committed to helping folks like me.

I really appreciated my mentor who did a mock whiteboard interview with me a few days before the actual interview. My mentor conducted a whiteboard challenge that I never practiced with before but was actually a prompt that was currently used by the company. This person also gave me thorough feedback, great insights and answered all my questions patiently based on their previous experience and wisdom. I really appreciated this mock interview and know what areas I should possibly work on before the actual interview. I would definitely book this mentor again in the future. @coach - Thank you so much Miles for giving me a wonderful mock interview with great thorough feedback. I had such a positive experience and will be practicing with some of the prompts you have given me. Thank you so much for your wisdom and your patience despite us going over a little bit on time.

This coach was awesome at helping me translate my startup experience into the "Big Tech" language companies like Meta look for. They gave me super practical tips on tightening up my storytelling, like adding a "reflection" piece to my answers to show growth and knowing when to use "I" instead of "we." If you're nervous about behavioral interviews or don't know how to frame your past projects, I highly recommend a session, it’s a total confidence booster!

The coach start by reviewing a general structure with me and asked about my approach. He provided some guidance and feedback and then we went into the mock interview. He was encouraging and guiding throughout the interview but only as much as I would expect a real interview to be. In the end he provided really good points on what I did well and what I should focus on in prep for my real interview. He was a really great balance of telling me what my strengths were and what I needed to work on! For the areas of focus, he provided very specific feedback and gave examples of his own which was super helpful.

Enjoyable session

I am happy that the expert was a design manger with several years of experience. Last time, my coach was more junior, and less empathetic. I’m very pleases with this session

Hi ******* - thank you again for the awesome session! Our conversation today is both insightful and enjoyable, and I have learned a lot from you. I really appreciated your feedback, especially regarding how to hint the process in the beginning, how to engage interviewer in the process, and to have a review/conclusion at the end. I have also become more confident after our session for my upcoming whiteboard challenge. Thanks again and have a great rest of the day! *******

Hi *******, it was a pleasure meeting you yesterday! Thanks so much for all your help with my whiteboarding prep session and for offering your insight and guidance for interview candidates. Interviewing can be a stressful experience so having feedback is invaluable. I found the session super helpful, not just for my target company but for the interviewing process in general. I feel I have a better sense of how to prepare, which clarifying questions to ask, and also which skills I need to sharpen in preparing for upcoming whiteboarding challenges. Thanks again!

I truly appreciate all the feedback I received today to reflect back on my portfolio and get it updated. Also, the reviewer made it so comfortable & worked with me though I had technical difficulties. All the feedback that I thought was very important, and now I'm more confident than before. I am def. want to review again with my today's reviewer if I make it to the final interviews. This is a great opportunity to review with the subject Matter Expert to prep and set the expectation for the actual interview. I appreciate all the feedback I received today to reflect back on my portfolio and get it updated.

Hey *******, Thanks so much for taking the time. Your feedback was spot on and it was a pleasure to get to "talk shop" with you. I'll reach out to Prepfully about that design exercise prep. Cheers! ******* I wish there was just less back and forth with emails. Don't get me wrong. All the Prepfully people I emailed with were awesome! But between, scheduling, different sessions, availably, and payment; It's just hard to track all the different email threads. On a more positive note: As a product designer this is the only place (other than maybe ADPlist) where I can actually get feedback on mock interviews. For that reason, I love the service you've put together. Much love! *******

Thank you so much for the session, *******! I've learned a lot in that 60 minutes session with you. You are such a great, kind person with deep knowledge of design. Your teaching is very helpful - I felt insecure and not confident in doing the whiteboard exercise until you shared all the valuable insights and ensured that I was on the right track. I truly appreciate your guidance. Wish you have a good night, and hopefully talk to you soon! I really learned and felt confident going to the interview!
