He has conducted over 300+ interviews as a Bar Raiser in Training and has coached more than 90+ people. He has experience in system design, strategy, distributed systems and is particularly skilled in behavioral/situational interviews, writing, people and performance management, and leadership values. He really enjoys coaching candidates and tries to keep 45-50mins for a proper interview simulation, with 10-15 mins of feedback (verbal and written). He is also happy to intersperse feedback in-session if that’s what candidate prefers.
