I am a passionate and driven UX Research Lead + Staff UX Researcher with a PhD and MA in Social Psychology from UC Berkeley and over a decade of experience working in tech, where I’ve employed my expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods to provide product teams with compelling insights and actionable recommendations. More specifically, I have a successful track record of conducting both quantitative and qualitative research, domestically and internationally, for product teams both within the tactical and strategic domains. I've worked at companies such as Facebook, Google, ServiceNow, and Mozilla, among many others. I also have expertise in survey writing, data analysis, and survey review. I am highly skilled at leading research and strategy for various product groups and influencing both product and research roadmaps, and I have a strong history of successful collaboration with other cross-functional leaders to determine project prioritization and product vision. Additionally, I have a keen interest in diversity initiatives and in creating ways to enable technology to meet the needs of underrepresented populations. I can independently manage simultaneous projects and competing priorities to successfully meet tight deadlines. I am highly collaborative, and I am a strong manager and mentor to other researchers.
