I work at AWS as an engineering manager (or Software Development Manager, as we call them here). I have 17 years of experience in Software Engineering and Leadership, and I've conducted over 500 interviews with candidates. I also conduct webinars and post advice on passing behavioural interviews. Depending on your preference and how far along the path you are, we can mix questions with feedback (recommended if you are starting to prepare for interviews) or do a 45-minute interview experience followed by 15-minute feedback (recommended if you know what you need to do and need mock interviews practice).
