Hey everyone! I have roughly 16y of Software Engineering and Leadership experience and have worked across Meta, HSBC and Startups. I really enjoy coaching candidates and think I add the most value in System Design style mocks for senior/staff level candidates who want to stand out. I've done more than 200 actual and mock interviews, so I have a pretty good idea of what it takes. I try to keep 45min for a proper interview simulation; and 15min for verbal feedback - although I'm also happy to intersperse feedback in-session if you'd prefer.
