access and support processes. Ownership moves clearly from the project team to
the appropriate BAU/product/operations team.

Third, I close the commercial and financial aspects. I reconcile actual versus
forecast costs, confirm invoices and milestones, close vendor commitments and
ensure there are no outstanding commercial obligations.

Fourth, I close the risk and dependency position. Any remaining risks are either
resolved or formally transferred to an accountable BAU owner with a mitigation
plan and target date.

Fifth, I review whether we actually achieved the intended outcome. I compare the
agreed success measures against the baseline rather than simply saying that the
technology was delivered.

Finally, I conduct lessons learned and capture reusable practices. I make sure
the learning goes back into our delivery standards, playbooks or future
programs, and then formally release the project resources.”

newsletter and an email. I would make sure to meet with key stakeholders and a
hold a retro to learn about what worked well, what could be improved. These

My method for ending a project consists of reviewing the final product
internally first with my team to make sure that we satisfy the customer's
specifications. Then I would approach the customer with the final product and
confirm that the customer is satisfied with the product. After I proceed to get
official sign off from customer. Once obtained I file that document in our
management system and proceed to inform my supply chain that the final product
is ready to be moved to their tracking list for ordering.

the the delivered features are enabled for the eligible customers and ensure we
monitor the usage metrics and error logs. From a execution perspective, I will
collect the  planned vs actual timelines information from the  gantt chart and
