in a three tier architecture we have the web followed by the app and followed by
the back end.

the customer traffic goes to the DNS at Route 53 it then gets resolved to the
application load balancer there is a web application firewall before the
application load balancer which will scan or screen for any DDOS or cyber
security errors once the data is cleared it will go to the application load
balancer from there the data will be directed to one of the application servers
which are created using the application scaling group these application servers
process the application request and route to the appropriate database to get the
required information once the information is received the app dear will save a
copy of the data in the cache database like a redis. so that in future if the
same data is queried the application can retrieve it from the redis database.
based on the application requirements we can have a combination of both Sequel
and no sequel database to support various needs of microservices that are
deployed at the app dear
