soft constraints can be overridden, but hard constraints can not be overridden.
If the constraint fails, hard constraints generate error, but soft constraints
failure doesnt generate error in simulation

When a constraint is declared soft, constraint solver prioritizes any other
defined hard constraints over the soft constraints. if a hard constraint is
overwritten by inline constraints it will result in an error.
