Persona - Young, working professionals looking for roommates to share existing
homes with in metro cities

Pain points - Lifestyle matching, financial matching, gender matching, verifying
profiles, finding people that are looking for homes in a particular location
nearby their office especially considering traffic in metro cities and
importance to proximity to office.

Define - I would take inspiration from dating apps, cause I believe finding a
roommate is almost as important as finding a partner. Each users onboarding
would need to aadhar or ID verification and a video KYC process to ensure the
identity. Post onboarding, the user can set their preferences such as smoking,
drinking, cooking vs eating out, religious constraints, rent bracket and more.
The user also needs to set whether they're listing apartment, or looking for
roomate with apartment. Will follow a tinder like UX where users, will based on
their preference and location get reccomendations

Scope - P0 would be onboarding, verification because trust is important, tinder
like UX to attract young folks, and reccomendations based on location and
preference, and chat interface that allows matched users to chat and exchange
details with each other. P1 would be integration with socials such as LinkedIn,
instagram etc. so users can view and get more insights on potential roommates.

Metrics - Number of matches over time, number of matches leading to drop off
(assuming this means they have found their roommates), number of right swipes
per users to check the reccomendation is accurate
