first of all I will try to understand the question a little bit better for we
are talking about mobile phone experience are you talking about using mobile
phone in general like the device or are we talking about designing an app
specifically for microphone I believe that it is about using mobile phone
specifically instead of just design an app for it and maybe the physical
features of it how do we make a mobile phone specifically for Charles and
specifically assuming that's the case love to kind of know a little bit more
about and maybe discuss a little bit more about the child's between age 1 and 3
as well and then after discussion then we can set a goal on how we can make this
experience better for the child is actually pretty interesting it is a toddler
stage where the kids it just start learning about what you speaking and walking
and exploring the world they are pretty clumsy and they don't know they probably
wouldn't understand anything about about full mobile phone at all so like what
is the phone what is the book they probably don't the only thing that they know
is what's interesting to them what's not interesting to them what do they like
to do more what do they hate to do more so if we are designable phone for them
then we have to really dive into a couple things so I won why do we need a
mobile phone for child 1 2 3 or so number two how do we design this mobile phone
then specifically so that the kids can use it to achieve the goal that we settle
to do and I think and and after we answer these two questions then we can really
think about the solution but in general we let's we would like to design a
mobile phone for Charles to engage in one between one two three years old to
engage with this device specifically that's kind of dive deeper into the use
case here specifically because I feel like that dictate this this would further
refined our our astrology of doing this right and and maybe in a high level just
think about why child needs phone at all right and a lot of the time the reason
this time this this between one two three what they need it's attention what
they need to something to guide them to do the right thing a lot of parents
right now give to kids want them to do granted the fact that it may not
necessarily be the best way forward but that's the current behavior so we can
decide our Target user of Target group that we should think about it's the
parents not the kids itself because the kids do doesn't know anything they don't
have too much of a knowing what is clear about what this desires that they have
they are learning about the world to curious about everything they want to break
everything they want to explore everything right so it's like how do we design
this mobile phone defeat what the parents want no and and I think that that
would be a better directions to go moving forward with that in mind right make
design a better microphone for a mobile phone for kids age 1 to 3 for their
parents then now we can kind of dive deeper into specific need for this group of
parents and what kind of parents are we talking about
