so one example i can give right now is that, once there were multiple issue in
reporting module that is taken by reporting team whole team is there to handle
the module, but the issues were severe that the reports were not getting
generated and the customer tickets were increasing day by day , i took the
ownership for this this and worked with dev and QA team check the logs also i
checked the issue in database and figured out the issue with dev team some API
hitting issue was there i then prepare PRDs ,then devided that into small
stories priorities it as per the seviourity.

As it was complex and had many dependencies it is like opening a Pandora box
hence no one wanted to touch it, Had to talk to several team members to make a
list of dependencies and which is the least affected to the most affected this
way I went from lease dependent to most dependent and resolved it.
