interesting currently I moved to a new place and I have struggled with that
myself so I think that here the big issue is that locals don't have local
connections to find handyman one of the things that are quite relevant here are
two one is the specialization of the handyman to ensure that he solves the
required need of the client and second the proximity of that handyman in that
location because for example large cities such as Sao Paulo and Mexico City
people they cannot travel across the city for this type of jobs so let's think
like about this how we can actually create I would say that we need to focus
initially on a high residential area from probably with touristic of non-close
people and my questions will be how frequent do they actually pick up the
segment or pick up this service and what are like the Real Pain points here I
would go further with this two solutions into think that apart from the
specialization and apart from the proximity there are other variables are quite
relevant for example pricing how often or how soon they can go to the to the
location probably some customers will require urgency in this type of things and
maybe some they can wait for a week so availability is clearly an issue so if we
