use the delete operation. Find how many times you need to do this operation on a
daily basis for designing a scalable system. In order to provide an access
control use sso authentication or do a developer profiling process to provide
the right roles and actions for each of the events. Use a monitoring agent to
track the event logs and notify for any failures at the time of processing
information. Have dashboard designed for tracking the inventory using reports
and have options to download them manually via excel or csv format.
