i will try to use CIRCLES framework for this problem

user persona: any vehicle owner

user pain points:

unable to locate all authentic parking spots

limited parking spots in the city , located far from user location

accessing parking spots of Malls/Restaurants/Hotels is often time consuming

priority for User: vehicle safety, ease of access, spot price

possible solutions:

1. list all currently available parking spots for 2 and 4 wheeler along with
price of spot
2. enable everyone to list their private available spots for parking on google
map so that they can monetize their space

3. anyone can list free parking spots for available public parking

Tradeoffs:

since one of our goal is to be able to book the parking spot, we have to
prioritize private parking spots so that the owner can manage the space booking
and promptly update the 2 and 4 wheeler spot details as how many spots are
currently available along with dynamic fee.

public spots can be listed but availability can not be updated in real time
since no one id owner

to summarize, we identified our user as any vehicle owner who struggles with
finding a parking spot in the city and is worried about vehicle safety and fines
if parked anywhere, we prioritized enabling anyone having available spots for
paid parking listing on google map so that spot availability can be timely
updated
