Honestly, this Site Program Manager role really excites me because it fits my
background in global benefits and HR programs. But if I look ahead, my dream
team would be Google’s People Operations Consulting or Strategy & Programs. I’d
love to grow into a project management or internal consulting role where I can
drive org-wide initiatives and help solve complex people challenges. I see this
role as the perfect foundation to build those internal relationships and get
that exposure.

This Site Program Manager role excites me deeply—it perfectly aligns with my
experience in global benefits and cross-functional project delivery. At Mercer,
I’ve managed end-to-end policy renewals and escalations for over 20
multinational clients, streamlined stakeholder reporting, and even led
