Pretend i am a PM at a company building a dog walking service. The goal is to
help dog owners find a dog walker per their needs -- ideally they're
trustworthy, timeline, reliable as the dog owner is trusting them with a
personal thing.

this could realistically be a product for any locale, but dog ownership - i
would guess - is most prevalent in the US, and down owners inthe US likely have
more constraints like not allowing pets at work or travel. As for who the target
audience is within the US, we will build around an extreme user / power user-- a
busy person who cannot always wlak the dog when the dog needs to go out.

This person's needs are to have a one and done experience -- they shouldn't haev
to keep visiting this platform. But rather spend the time once to find someone
and that person ideally works for a long time. the platform is a 2-sided
marketplace, that intelligently matches dog walkers with dog owners. both
parties input their schedules, requirements, fees / willingness to pay,
location, and other criteria to help match them. the platform automatcally
suggests a few dog walkers for the dog owner -- perhaps in a fun card swipe
method, allowing dog owner to mention interest in a walker. platform
intelligently then suggests dog owners to the walkers given the walker
availabilities and the final result is a match.

success would be amount of dog owners who find a walker within days of signing
up. it would be retention -- how long does the owner and walker stay on the
platform and book throuhg the platformwithout cancelling a walker. we measure
longevity of relationship between walker and owner. we would also track reviews
for both parties and strive for high reviews becuase we've done good matching.
risks are poor input data from users results in poor matches - but this can be
alleviated by guided onboarding
