Pretend i am a PM at a company building a dog walking service. The goal is to
help dog owners find a dog walker per their needs -- ideally they're
trustworthy, timeline, reliable as the dog owner is trusting them with a
personal thing.

this could realistically be a product for any locale, but dog ownership - i
would guess - is most prevalent in the US, and down owners inthe US likely have
more constraints like not allowing pets at work or travel. As for who the target
audience is within the US, we will build around an extreme user / power user-- a
busy person who cannot always wlak the dog when the dog needs to go out.

This person's needs are to have a one and done experience -- they shouldn't haev
to keep visiting this platform. But rather spend the time once to find someone
and that person ideally works for a long time. the platform is a 2-sided
marketplace, that intelligently matches dog walkers with dog owners. both
parties input their schedules, requirements, fees / willingness to pay,
location, and other criteria to help match them. the platform automatcally
suggests a few dog walkers for the dog owner -- perhaps in a fun card swipe
method, allowing dog owner to mention interest in a walker. platform
intelligently then suggests dog owners to the walkers given the walker
availabilities and the final result is a match.

success would be amount of dog owners who find a walker within days of signing
up. it would be retention -- how long does the owner and walker stay on the
platform and book throuhg the platformwithout cancelling a walker. we measure
longevity of relationship between walker and owner. we would also track reviews
for both parties and strive for high reviews becuase we've done good matching.
risks are poor input data from users results in poor matches - but this can be
alleviated by guided onboarding

okay and so how would you design a way to help people find a reliable dog walker
so I guess like here the problem is pretty straightforward in the sense that
people nowadays in very big cities with with pets don't have like a reliable way
to find a dog walker so first and I will say that the characteristics for a
reliable dog walker and are proximity or like working and close to the to the
space are doing and second that I actually specialize in in dog walking however
I've heard and I've seen in different cities how dog walkers can have like very
good feedback or very bad feedback and sometimes they actually Diagnostics they
understand or they realize that the dog walker actually can hit the dogs or can
maybe have a bad experience for the dog so I would say that the critical here
thing is to the reliable part is how we characterize or segment the dog walkers
that are reliable and perform a good experience and with this I think that we
can have a way of feedback on an understanding of how is the route of the dog
walker for example when the dog walker actually picks up the dog what happens
after that it does he go to the park is he walking around and is he fixed like
in a spot near the place and so we can have like a good understanding of the
experience of the dog walker and how they're actually teaching that or taking
away the dog walkers then once we understand like the different route and
everything the idea is to see like the the treat or how the dog walker actually
treats the Ducks and for that probably we will need to understand the feedback
from each of the of the customers of the owner the dog owners on how the dog
actually performs after they interact with them so I will I would suggest or a
conclude that there are two ways to better design this product one is to
understand the route of the dog walker and so they can have like a good
understanding of what happens once they're not with him and second the feedback
that can be provided but different customers
