what are they processing , is it that they are not able to upload a video?

we should have timeout mechanism for any operation that we do, so that in case
of issues, system resets by cancelling that processing call and will give user
an opportunity to retry.

if its time taking process, then we should process asynchronously and let the
user know when compelted via webhook
